LIGHTHEART LTD - Account Terms and Conditions

1. General 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all accounts opened with LIGHTHEART Ltd. By opening an account, the customer agrees to these terms. 1.2 LIGHTHEART Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice.

2. Payment Terms 2.1 Credit account terms (where applicable) are 30 days from the date of the invoice unless agreed otherwise.

3. Pricing and Charges 3.1 All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate. 3.2 Additional charges such as travel costs (e.g., £0.45 per mile) will be outlined in quotations and added to the invoice.

4. Products and Services 4.1 LIGHTHEART Ltd provides both products and services as per the agreed quotation or purchase order. 4.2 All services will be delivered in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. 4.3 Any additional requirements or modifications beyond the agreed scope may be subject to revised pricing. 4.4 Products supplied will be as per the agreed specification. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling 5.1 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted daily rate. 5.2 Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 5.3 Orders for products cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

6. Liability 6.1 LIGHTHEART Ltd ensures all services are carried out by qualified professionals and adheres to all relevant safety regulations. 6.2 Liability for any damages or losses is limited to the cost of the services or products provided under the relevant quotation or purchase order.

7. Account Suspension or Termination 7.1 LIGHTHEART Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment. 7.2 Outstanding balances at the time of termination will remain payable and subject to collection.

8. Data Protection 8.1 LIGHTHEART Ltd is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 8.2 Any personal data provided will be used solely for account management, invoicing, and service/product delivery purposes. 8.3 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by law. 8.4 Customers have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. 9. Confidentiality 9.1 All client data, project details, and business transactions will be handled with strict confidentiality.

10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Acceptance of Terms By opening an account with LIGHTHEART Ltd, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
